These details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We will only use your email to send newsletters and updates about upcoming events. If you wish to unsubscribe from our emails, you may do so at any time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Reiki Sessions

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.                                   

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you.      If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply. In case of emergencies, please contact me directly — I will do my best to accommodate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Women’s Circle

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your participation in an event, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, you will be eligible for a 50% refund or may choose to attend the next event instead. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refundable.

If an emergency prevents the event from taking place, we will notify participants as soon as possible, and they will be able to attend the next event.
